川上生物科技是全港首個兼最大型的黑水虻養殖場。我們為學校提供獨一無二的戶外學習體驗，帶領學生深入幕後，了解黑水虻養殖設施運作、廚餘專業處理工序及機械操作。我們結合生物科技與環保實踐，為學校提供最前瞻的 STEM 教材，啟發下一代利用創新科技解決環境問題的思維。 E Farm Biotech is Hong Kong's first and largest Black Soldier Fly farm. We provide schools with unique outdoor learning experiences, leading students behind the scenes to understand BSF farming operations, professional food waste processing, and machinery. We combine biotechnology with environmental practice to provide schools with cutting-edge STEM materials, inspiring the next generation to solve environmental problems through innovative technology.

黑水虻清潔劑工作坊 BSF Handwash Workshop

這是一個結合環境教育與科學實驗的 1 小時速成班。導師將首先透過簡短有趣的互動環節，剖析香港嚴峻的廚餘問題，並介紹黑水虻如何扮演「大自然清道夫」的角色。隨後進入重頭戲——升級再造體驗。參加者將利用從廚餘轉化而來的「黑水虻蟲油 (BSF Oil)」，親手調配及製作成天然環保洗手液、清潔劑或洗衣皂。 A 1-hour crash course combining environmental education with science experiments. The instructor will analyze Hong Kong's food waste challenges through interactive activities, introduce BSF as "Nature's Scavenger," and then guide participants in upcycling BSF Oil into natural eco-friendly handwash, detergent, or laundry soap.

將校園變成最前線的生物科技實驗室！有別於一般的單次講座，我們提供長達 12 個月的分階段 STEM 方案（Phase 1 理論與示範 + Phase 2 實踐與應用），讓學生親手建立校園內的「廢物轉化系統」，從科學角度解決廚餘問題。 Turn your campus into a cutting-edge biotech lab! Unlike one-off lectures, our 12-month phased STEM program (Phase 1: Theory & Demo + Phase 2: Practice & Application) lets students build an on-campus "waste conversion system" to tackle food waste scientifically.
