Unlike traditional composting or landfill disposal, we use nature's cleaners — Black Soldier Flies — to upcycle food waste into high-value products including eco-friendly cleaning products and premium protein feed. 「每晚 18:00，當大家準備收工個陣，Joe 嘅工作先至正式開始。佢走遍九龍港島，去學校、餐廳、醫院，將一桶桶幾十公斤重嘅廚餘搬上車運返廠房，風雨無阻。呢份工唔容易，要有體力，更加唔可以怕污糟。正因為有 Joe 喺物流上嘅堅持，我哋先可以將廚餘『轉廢為寶』。」 "Every evening at 6 PM, when most people are finishing work, Joe's day is just beginning. He travels across Kowloon and Hong Kong Island, visiting schools, restaurants, and hospitals — loading dozens of kilograms of food waste into his truck and hauling it back to our facility, rain or shine.
