香港每日產生超過 3,000 公噸廚餘——相當於 250 輛雙層巴士——但回收率不足 5%，加劇堆填區負擔及溫室氣體排放。 Hong Kong produces over 3,000 tonnes of food waste daily — equivalent to 250 double-decker buses — yet less than 5% is recycled, worsening landfill burdens and greenhouse gas emissions.
我們的使命 Our Mission
獲 城大 HK Tech 300 及政府回收基金支持，我們利用大自然最高效的升值回收者——黑水虻，將廢物轉化為資源，推動循環經濟。 Supported by CityU HK Tech 300 and the Government Recycling Fund, we harness nature's most efficient upcycler — the Black Soldier Fly — to transform waste into resources and drive the circular economy.
自 2020 年起，我們位於上水的 10,000 平方尺廠房是香港首個也是最大的商業黑水虻農場。我們向學校及製造商收集廚餘，以受控標準進行處理，創造高價值蛋白質、有機堆肥及可持續護膚成分。 Since 2020, our 10,000 sq.ft facility in Sheung Shui has been Hong Kong's first and largest commercial black soldier fly farm. We collect food waste from schools and manufacturers, processing it under controlled standards to create high-value proteins, organic compost, and sustainable skincare ingredients.
